Need a website setting up for a client of mine - Urgent

I have a Bookkeeping Client who as yet has not set themselves up a website. I feel it would be good for business for them to do so but they only have a small budget so I need a free website set up which will be easy for them to maintain.

They are a Property Maintenance business and they do everything from fixing tap washers to building a house to decking and painting to fencing to patios.

It needs to be simple yet professional looking with some pictures which you will need to obtain.

Please note they currently have no domains or hosting, and are looking at possibly using one of the free basic website providers to keep costs down. It's mainly the layout, wording and images they need help with. Thank you.
