Need a website revamped.

Hello there, I've a website that is finished however the web designers no longer work on web designs instead they are concentrating on SEO work. Thus I'm looking for someone to upgrade the site if poss, it was created using HTML. Included in this spec is creating a youtube presence, nothing fancy there, and some SEO work although the bulk of this is already created. Please note that I'm pretty busy so please bear with me if you don't initially hear from me but I will answer those replies deemed significant and eye-catching.
