Need a website created - would like to provide design template etc

I need a personal website, I am an artist, somewhere to display my artwork.id like to provide you with my own designed template, images , logos etc, I have a domain name and web host. Id like to see samples of your work. id like a site where i can upload images on to as and when. I need someone to use my design and make it live. i have created my design in photoshop. I have used a web ratio, hoping i have done it correctly. i have attached my logo.i have also provided a homepage designed by me. however its WIP at the moment...thanks:)
