Need A Website Building - No Design (Just Layout) - Preferably with Freeway Pro

Hello.

I need someone to help create a website in Freeway Pro (preferably, but other programs accepted). I need someone to work alongside me to successfully implement the layout and design that I have and build a website. I don't mind if someone is a student, working or wants an extra job. As long as they are proficient as I will be expecting that you carry out the job quickly and have a good understand to build a professional website layout with no problems on various browsers.

Please send me details of your experience, website builder of preference alongside your strongest skill sets. I will also be picking people based on their personality and ability to work alongside myself. This website will eventually become a fairly frequently visited website for a wide selection of UK customers. Also I will plug the person for free through Facebook, Twitter and my other networks as well as allowing them to put a link and logo on the site.
