Need a webpage designer for a Domain Reseller Account

I have a GoDaddy.com reseller account website setup at www.webnames4cheap.com. I need someone to design a website for it. All of the pages are already prebuilt inside GoDaddy's reseller system but I have encountered several probelms.

1. The sites I design do not look very professional.

2. The sites I design do not get good search results from search engines.

3. Because all of my links are visible links to GoDaddy's prebuilt pages, I cannot advertise on google adwords. because of that.

If you can solve these probelms, then please bid on this project and tell me how you plan to acheive this.

I will give the winning bidder access to my GoDaddy reseller account, Logo artwork, a list of keywords generated from Google, Google Anyalitics tracking code, and a tracking code from Bing. Other than the requirements listed above I will be open to any suggestions from the winning bidder
