Need a web site designer.

The web designer must be able to redesign existing web pages using HTML, CSS, ASP.Net, VBScript and Javascript. New pages also need to be done. You'll be working primarily on the front-end side. All back-end side will already be done. So it should be easy and simple. Pages needed are login management, account management, reports, transactionnal interface (transferring money). If you can do good work, you'll have more on the way because we have lots of things to put on the web.
