Need a technical writer to turn some work into a book for publication (Chemistry)

I dont have lots of money but will view your proposals to help me turn a piece of work on powder coatings into a book for publication.

I would prefer it if you had some publication / writing experience. The steps which need to be done would be:

Chapters - Arrange the material into chapters
Fill out the relevant details in each chapter
Sourcing pictures / diagrams

I will also be working with you on this, I can do most of the technical details but a chemical / materials science background would also help.

It would be great if you were able to know the format for publication / if pictures are okay to print etc. as well.
