Need someone to check over an iPhone app developed for a client, would be good if you have an iPhone 4 so I can send you the app to install and the specification that was agreed, the specification is about a paragraph long and clear as day.
On payment day client says, "the app does not have all the features we ASSUMED". Even though signed specification is proof of exactly what we are going to deliver - turns out client was dreaming of big ideas without including them in the specification and signing it.
A letter to the client clarifying this point would be nice to avoid wasting time in small claims court.
