Need a picture transferred Into auto cad DWG file

I am looking for someone to put this design into auto cad DWG file. I would like to have this piece made by someone who does CNC cutting and in order to do so, this design needs to be in A DWG file for the machine to cut. The piece is going to be 8ft x 8ft. It will have to be done in two piece 4ft x 4ft and somehow adjoined to where you cannot see the seams. This will need to be in the plan. It will need to float off a wall and have lighting behind it also needs to be in plan. I would like to start on this ASAP and would like for it to be completed in a week if possible.
