Need a php expert in Smarty

I have a website, that is written in PHP with MySQL in Smarty, and I want to enhance the search function. There are 3 things you can search for. You can search for workers, projects and offers. I want the search function (together with the search filters, to be displayed once you click on "Напредно") to be integrated into the header.

All the search filters for all the 3 types are done but they just have to be displayed in a different way. In order for you to see how the appropriate search filters would look like when you click on "Напредно", check pictures "napredno-proeki.jpeg", "napredno-ponuduvachi.jpeg" and "napredno-ponudi". But make the search work so that after you have searched for anything, the appropriate search filters to be displayed on the left side with checkboxes (not in the form of a drop down menus (except for the filter "Барате студенти" for when you're searching for workers) but with check boxes). To see what I mean check for example picture "searching-for-workerks.jpeg". As you can see the appropriate search filters are displayed on the left side. And when you apply a filter (when you check a box) the results should automatically be updated (meaning the page needs to be refreshed/updated.)

P.S. And don't mind the color of the header. On the pictures attached it's blue and right now on the website it's black. So, don't mind that. It needs to stay black.
