Need a bespoke image upload and editor for a WordPress site

The job is to create a professional and fun trading card creator that has the look and feel of the 7R1N17Y website (www.7r1n17y.com).

A similar card creator can be found at http://www.readwritethink.org/classroom-resources/student-interactives/trading-card-creator-30056.html and this is the level of look and polish that I would want.

I need this doing urgently and have a £200 bonus on top of the original budget for anyone who could do it (to an agreed standard) by Friday of this week.

Currently the submit procedure is handled by Gravity Forms and there are elements of this functionality that I would want to keep.
