Need a 3 page responsive corporate design template

Kind of design: Theme/template
Description of every page: I need a 3 page corporate website template designed such that all pages have a responsive layout. Only PSD required which I can convert later to HTML/CSS/JS.

Page 1:
Homepage will have a header, banner, news, blog posts, testimonials, list of services and a list of solutions,footer with links to pages.

Page 2:
This is an internal page that would list all blog posts which will grow as you scroll down. There will be links to other posts on the right column. This page will have two column layout.

Page 3:
This will display a blog post page with links to social media icons (FB,LinkedIn,Google+). There will be a comments form below the blog post with customized text fields and buttons. This page will also follow a two-column layout.

Design philosophy to be followed is minimalistic, flat, clean white background across major portion of the site, you can use textures or plain colors in other parts of the design. We also need parallax scrolling on the homepage with fixed header and with a Request Demo button on the right side of the page that would scroll as the page scrolls. When you click this button, a form will slide out.
