Native Mac OS X application for RFID scanning and compare. (No JRE!)

Two Applications. First one. Purpose: Race entry check making sure all required prerequisites are done by the entrant at the indicated round.
Use: Scan an RFID tag and compare to an imported csv file. If certain fields are set, trigger an alert describing the triggers. Store the ID of the entrant for later download. Scan the next RFID tag.
Second App. Purpose: For recording the RFID code to the tag from an uploaded csv file.
