Narrate 1200 words to a melody, almost like singing

It is a kids interactive game/tale where characters speak poems. There are three male and one female voices. Female voice is a witch, so if you can fake it, that would be great. In the Russian version of the tail all voices were made by one person, so we are sure same can be done in English localization..

We have translated the poems to English and need voice overs now. The peculiarity is that poems should be read to a melody with a certain rhythm.
The tale has about 1200 words. They are divided into about 100 dialogues. We need those dialogues to be separate files if possible. or to have enough space between each so that we can cut them ourselves.
