My website needs a fresh design and SEO, ASAP.

my current website needs to be redesigned to look better, my company is a architects service, and the website is to slow old fashion and doesn't show up on Google. i need a fresh design. I will leave it entirely to the designer to design it. All the current content must be used. and this needs to show up on Google , by itself without to much ad words campaigns needed so SEO is a must. the current website is designed on ... word press.. i need the new one to be design on WordPress to... must be a very smart and stylish design.
