My bro's fiction idea, ghost-writed as a B'day gift!

I am getting a ghost writer as a brithday present for my brother who has been hankering on about an idea he wants to put to paper. He is a consultant in london so has no time, and tbh, no technical writing ability.
The genre is fantasy, the concept a spin on a religious book. Nothing contentious. So those fictional writers who have experience in dealing with lots of information/complex story and spotting characters, themes and bringing an entire world and culture to life will be perfect. Someone based in London who can meet up would be ideal.
