Music Production

I need someone to produce 10 songs based upon listening to MP3 files. They are all nursery rhymes, so the music is very simple They should not be copied exactly, but with small changes, like slower/faster, change of rhythm, and give it amore modern sound. I want the songs delivered as Midi and wav files. They will be used to add vocals later (and we are also interested in someone that can do the vocals). Some songs will also have an instrumental solo between verses. The price offered should not include vocals, but if you can offer this, please send some samples of the singer.
