Voice over for youtube residential houses architecture channel

Hi, I am looking for voiceover for youtube channel focusing on unique architecture residential houses, tiny houses, a-frames, etc. Each script will feature 3-4 houses with ~150 - 350 words for each house. Each script will be around 1000 - 1500 words. Delivery over 2-3 days after the script is received. Preferably male professional American voice. One script per week or every two weeks planned.
