Voice-over for fundraising video, 400 words, English native speaker, female voice

Dear Voice-Over Artists,

We are developing a fundraising/campaign video, called "Martha's Dream" and need your help.

We are looking for a female soft voice of a native speaker that really creates empathy and "sells". Your accent should not be too dominant.

The text is about 400 words long. We would need separate audio files with the scene number and the duration (e.g. s02-05-3sec).

If you encounter a language that needs to change, please let us know (we are non-native speakers).

The project is under considerable time pressure - if you can complete it by Sunday - this would be a big plus.
