Voice over artist with singing (Rap) and audio editing abilities.

I am looking for a voice over artist (BRITISH ACCENT) to provide 10 minutes voice over for a cartoony character. The animation is already complete and there is a voice over in place that is synced with the animation and the character lips movement. The existing voice over needs to be replaced with the new one. The difficulty is to exactly match voice with the lips movement of the animated character; therefore you will need audio editing abilities. There are 5 short “songs” to be voice over within the animation; it’s more of a talking and rapping to the music rather than singing.
