Urgent: Event Company Profile incl. an event proposal in english

Our event company has the chance to work for a government company " zoo" for an 8 weeks project. Every Wednesday the zoo will present at night for children an animal movie and we should arrange a lot of nice activivies. We must present now the proposal what kind of activities we can offer them. The deciision maker are PR people and so we need an professoinal presentation with emotions, like small movies who shows happy children, happy events and so on. Our clients are arabic people.
