Radio Advert (voice over) - write content and record it

I need someone who is able to record a 30 second advert that will go on the radio it needs to sound professional with professional sounding music. I also would like you to write the content. Can be either male or female and can be one voice or a mixture of voices. As long as it sounds clear and is professionally made. I would like a British accent, as this advert will run on a radio station in the UK. However, I will consider an American accent.

We are a recruitment company therefore we want the advert to appeal to candidates as well as clients at the same time. Please look at this website www.qrsolutions.co.uk (it is still under construction at the moment but the information is there)
