I need quick turnaround (6 hours) on a voice-over for a video honoring our Library

I would like the attached series of sentences recorded for use in a video montage we are editing to honor the 35th anniversary of our Library. The voice may be male or female. The only stipulation is that it be warm, welcoming, and friendly.

I would like to hear from those who have recorded television commercials, documentaries, or radio commercials so that I may preview a sampling of their work in various tonal environments. Only those who can complete the work within 6 hours of posting time of the job reply, please.
