Camtasia - editing two short screencasts

To all Camtasia experts:

I have recorded the voiceover audio and screen videos as a bunch of files for two 3 to 4 minute screencast videos. I need someone to edit them into two customer-ready videos. The videos are basically e-learning videos on how to use some software.

What I need is someone who can:
- Stitch the audio files together, cropping them where I've repeated myself
- Add the video files and extend / remove frames so that they match the audio.
- Speed up bits on the video where I'm typing, slow down bits that happen too quickly
- Generally ensure the pace is not too fast / slow and make edits accordingly.
- Add a very simple static title page to each video (no links or anything)
- Add cursor effects and de-noise the audio
- Produce the videos in a web-safe format
- Communicate with me constantly to ensure you're doing the right thing and not wasting your time
- Do not add anything that I haven't asked for: ie no special effects!

Important notes:

- You must use the latest Windows version of Camtasia so I can edit it too if I like
- You'll need to give me all files at the end of the project via Dropbox or similar
- You may not use screengrabs or content from the videos on PPH or for any of your own promotional purposes and must keep all this work strictly confidential

I'm open to offers. I normally do it myself and it takes me a few hours to do both. If this goes well there may be more in future. Please ensure you quote for both videos together. You can also quote per hour if you prefer. Or quote a full amount subject to a maximum of x hours, or something.

Please also say how quickly you can deliver the final product.
