Arabic Voiceover Artist (Female)

We are looking for a female Arabic speaking voice-over artist (with a neutral accent and good command of English for communication purposes). We are developing Arabic translated versions of existing English child protection e-learning courses.

Please provide a sample using the following text:
إن القواعد الحاكمة لحماية الطفل في المدارس تعني أن البالغين مسؤولون؛ فتوجد أخلاقيات مهنية للرعاية، فكل بالغ يعرف دوره، والعاملون مدربون، والسياسات يجري معايشتها، والطلاب مُصدّقون ومقدّرون ولا يلامون.

Please quote on:
- Price for 1300 words (using the English text as a basis)
- Time required

Process:
- I will send 1 x storyboard files (Word) with reference numbers against each audio section.
- File 1: All audio to be created
- Supplier to record high quality audio and save in a provided dropbox using approved naming convention. These will be required in separate files as indicated by the storyboard (approx 200 files in total).
- Supplier to ideally be available for Skype/phone meetings if required.
