Mentoring on Podcasting

This may be an unusual job, but what I'm looking for is technical help and guidance as I'm aiming to launch a podcast ASAP.

I've also read books on podcasting including Podcast Launch by John Lee Dumas, and listened to many podcasts. I'm keen to incorporate music into my podcasts (especially some solo ones which I want to start off with), and want to learn to edit my own podcasts initially. So, if you can advise and teach me via skype please propose 5 hours of your time, and let me know something about yourself and how else you might be able to help down the line. For example, if you are a podcast editor, let me know how you typically work with your clients. I'm hoping to find someone quickly so may accept the right proposal by tomorrow morning. Thanks.
