I need someone to help me create and run a podcast

I want to host a podcast. I need someone to set it up for me and then be able to help on an ongoing basis.

What I need is

1) Set me up on a platform (spotify etc)
2) Create the podcast graphics / title page
3)Upload the podcast everytime I hhave a new one
4) Edit the podcast before uploading

Please provide me for the costs of

1) Setting up the podcast?
2) The cost of editing and uploading each episode?
