I am looking for someone to REcoommmend what is the best PODDCAST PLATFORM

1) whereby people dont see my name and Email address
2) I want me and other to speak up on Politcial and Social Problems
3) I want persons to also post on my Platform
But I dont anyone to see who is the OWNER of the Podcast

2) Is it best to use this app you recommend via my phone or on my desktop?
