Want to build my knockoff music library

Hello.

I want to build a library of urban knockoff instrumentals to offer for Radio, TV, film and web. I want to be able to partner up with a skilled producer that I can give mp3's to, and they will be able to create a basic knockoff of the song provided. The knockoff will be based on recent music.

I would prefer someone that uses Reason 4.0 or higher for production so that I may load the finished products on to my machine and make tweaks. I am looking to pay for the composition of the music. I will then take it, and market it to other publishing companies and Ad agencies.
