Orchestrator/Arranger for symphonic mockup

Orchestrator/Arranger needed to orchestrate and create convincing orchestral mockup that will be used as the orchestral backbone of a rock/metal song (ie, the mock up must be delivered mixed AND in separate tracks for the different instruments). The source for the orchestration is a piano+vocal midi (tempo, measure, key must be preserved). What I'm looking for is an epic and engaging orchestration that will sound realistic enough when guitars and drums are mixed in with it.

I am essentially looking for somekne with experience and/or interest in orchestral, film or video-game music, as this is the overall sound I am looking for.
