Mastring rap song audio design

I am a rapper that has his own recording equipment , I own a sE X1 Studio Bundle , with a M audio interface , recommended to me by a studio owner that did a commercial project with that and It sounded amazing . I respect the job of an audio engineer , and would like to have someone that is affordable but can helpo me with settings for recording , so we have the best input ( if that is even necessary ) and then could mix and master my tracks , levels with the instrumental tracked out file and just make the song sound professional . I am planning to release one song per month ( minimum ) so I am looking for someone that I can work with in the long run , but could also happen that I record 3-4 songs in a batch so that I have material to release in advance .
Please ask me all the questions you have and let me know how much you would charge per song , or per hour and tell me an approximate time estimate so I can see if it fits my budget .
