Looking for on-demand event tech consultant

We're looking for a consultant for our art center who can provide expertise in the following areas:

Sound Design Skills: The consultant should assist us with designing a new sound system for our spaces, recommend equipment to buy or use, and so on.

Lighting System: The consultant should be able to design lighting for shows, update our existing lighting system, and perform related tasks.

Other Technical Skills: The consultant should assist with additional technical needs, such as website updates, and so forth.
