Instrumental recording of The Calypso Carol ("See Him Lying on a Bed of Straw")

I'm looking for an instrumental recording of The Calypso Carol (sometimes called: "See Him Lying on a Bed of Straw").

I'm looking for a slightly more elegant sounding piece. I like the idea of having a hint of the Caribbean, steel drum and Hammond organ sound, but I don't want it to be the feature of the piece - like the Youtube version above seems to be, which is a little cheesy sounding. It's going to be performed in a Christmas concert in a few weeks time, so the work will need to be carried out quickly and effectively, with at least one stage of proofing.
