I need to made sheet music into virtual orchestration track

I have a fully written out orchestral score with clear instructions for conductors. However, I need a track to be created with virtual instruments but still sound as real as you possibly can (I understand the limitations, that's why I said "as real as you can", preferably someone who has an amazing classical library :D ) .

This will allow me to perform this concerto even without a real orchestra, I'll provide my tempo write in to assist you, and live-recording of the piece! :)
