I need a piece of music composing of 20 seconds based on combining 2 themes

We need a short piano theme based on 2 iconic bits of music. The first is from the UK 80's and 90's yelow pages ad

The second is from the horror classic Halloween

I'd like the opening notes of the first to segue in to the Halloween theme and back out again
So 7 notes then on the 7th turn into the 9 notes of the Halloween theme and back again before finally ending on a full horror sting of the Halloween theme.
So; who's up for it?
