Entire sound for my short film

Require complete sound (Music, SFX everything) for my 2d short film, it's 4 min 18 secs in length, I'm looking for someone who has done sound for comedy cartoon projects, just for example Oggy and the cockroaches, Courage the cowardly dog, Rayman etc.

I've also made an animatic with sound you can take it as a reference but I wouldn't want anyone to strictly follow it.
