Can You Produce: Ambient Vocal Background Audio?

Can you produce Ambient background vocal tracks with (no musical instruments)
just ambient sounds and vocals (length of tracks should be around 2mins)

here are some examples of what I want produced:

Your production level MUST be equal to what you hear in the examples,

I am looking for someone who will produce tracks like this for me regularly, either daily or every other day, (whatever best suits the chosen producer)... this is an on going opportunity and your productions will be used in videos that will be viewed by thousands of people, the tracks will be used in the background of speeches, stories and short films.

I am offering £20 per track,
this can be increased later if your skills are up to scratch.
