Audio/ Sound Engineer to recut/ mix a track for our Wedding First Dance

Hello, I have selected a track for our weddings first dance.
Mp3 However, we wanted to cut out a section from the middle of the song (x2 hook / instrumental) so in doing this we wanted whoever cuts this section out to ensure it moves seamlessly into the end of the song.

i have completed a full summary of the track in an attachment, so you can see and listen to the track and where i wanted to cut from.

EVEN better than simply cutting and shortening the song would be to cut from the middle of the song, so we have our cutdown version for our dance... but then working the cut elements into the tail end of the track so we do have an extended version to continue playing if we require (for example in New Zealand we do our first dance as husband and wife, and then the bride dances quickly with her father, groom with his mother - before everyone else joins on the dance floor and it's at that stage the track would move into a more upbeat dancefloor song for all by the DJ)
