Arranging an oriental song

I have a demo song in Arabic and would like to do its music professionally... the song has a blue style music. i have a demo sample about it. i need the music to be classy. I am aware that not everyone can do this job since the oriental music has a different musical scale. I would appreciate if anyone is able to work on this project. As for the budget we will discuss it forward.thank you!
