Experience Level: Entry
Hi - I would like to focus our 6 year old and have basic piano lessons remotely guided for him . He's a complete novice - we have a piano and can set up the necessary video call. Appreciate it's only equivalent to £12 / hour but thank the Tories for that. Thanks

    It's a global offer at over the UK minimum wage for a skill which is at the very basic end of delivering a supervised learning session in ultra elementary piano basics. Why would it be worth more ? I offer the chance for an individual of the GLOBAL community to earn a supplemental income for something which will in no way tax someone who is remotely competent. This is not all about the environment you are I live in on a day to day basis. In my opinion it is a fair price and frankly am confused as to why your comment would be made

    I speak as a private piano tutor. You should be paying someone £25 an hour, not £12. Unless you want someone who is also learning themselves to think it's worthwhile to try and teach a kid. If you want the kid to just have something to do for an hour, £12 for babysitting might be fine. If you want them to learn piano, £12 is insulting. Global freelancers should be aware of their value in the GBP as much as you or I should.
