Compose us a fun, happy, upbeat custom jingle for our videos

We're just in the process of launching a project to get kids 3-6 years more active across the UK, we've created a character to inspire this age group and we're looking for someone to put us together a happy, fun, upbeat jingle with vocals for our video intro (theme tune).

What we need:
- Original and catchy jingle with vocals (around 6 seconds)
- Pro quality
- Full rights to the composition
- WAV file 24 bits - 48kHz and MP3 360 kbps
- We'd like this jingle to be 'CATCHY', it will also 'EXCITE' and 'IMPRESS' our audience

We're ideally looking to get this turned around by Tuesday 20th September so please only send a proposal if you can meet this deadline.
