Voice narration of a ~50,000 word book

Seeking auditions from talented voice actors. I would like to have my book narrated. The book is young adult fantasy. The word length is about 50,000 words, 20 chapters. I'm interested in a flat rate price. Asking price has some wiggle room. If this works out well, I also have a second book ready in the series at about 60,000 words for a follow on project, and a third book in production. Please let me know a rough estimate for your time to complete the project. Also, can you send me a small sample of your work? The book is set in two locations: Colorado and the Magical Planet of Eldora. There are about 20 spells peppered throughout the book that I can provide pronunciation sound files.
