On the morning of they're 52nd anniversary, High school teacher/World War II veteran Terrance Charles Winters and his wife Carmelita "Ruby" Amadeo both receive news that they have a year to live. Synopsis

On the surface it would appear as though Tishaun Smith has a teenage life that most would envy. A nice sports car, he's a star quarterback/captain on his twice champion high school football team. The recruiters are waiting with bated breath. During his final semester of high school, a series of unexpected challenges surface uncovering complexities he could not have prepared for.

High School teacher/World War II veteran Terrance Elijah Winters(Terry) and wife Carmelita Amadeo(Ruby) have been parental figures in Tishaun's life since he was a baby. They have been helping him cope with the recent lost of his father, Byron Smith.

On the morning of Terry and Ruby’s 52nd anniversary, he discovers that they too have a limited amount of time left on earth. While deciding not to tell Tishuan until after they attend they're final family reunion, to their dismay Tishaun discovers their predicament anyway.

While learning about their planned cross country trip, Tishaun secretly hitches a ride with the Winters. Upon discovery, they reluctantly let him tag along after Tishaun does some convincing. Strap yourself into this romantic dramedy of a boy's coming to man journey for the ages.
