I'm looking for an experienced post-production sound editor / re-recording mixer to conform and lay back finalised audio to our short film and deliver a clean, broadcast-ready master.
What we have:
1. A locked picture short film in 4K (we can supply the current master and/or export another high-quality format if you advise what you need). Please tell us your preferred edit-friendly codec/container for high-res post (e.g., ProRes/DNxHR) and whether you need timecode/burn-in.
2. Final stereo print assets/stems: Stereo Print Master, Stereo M&E, Stereo DX, Stereo MSX, Stereo SFX (plus any additional files you request).
What we need from you:
1. Import/conform audio to the locked picture and ensure perfect sync throughout
2. Check levels, transitions, head/tail pops, and overall QC
3. Output a final stereo master married to picture (and any additional deliverables you recommend)
Deadline: within 7 days. Please confirm if this is realistic for you and your current workload.
Important: This is a paid role, but no on-screen credit will be provided.
When replying, include your relevant film post examples, workflow/DAW, and a fixed quote.

Why no credit? It seems a little unfair when you are asking for relevant examples, (which of course would have to have a credit )
