Hey there,
I have a short film called WANK - outrageous title, I know - its done and dusted and screened at a number of festivals but I've now had to shave a minute of the film for it to be submitted to a particular festival (so that it's under 5 mins). As a result of this I have to re-work a little bit of the sound at the start of the film.
Attached below is a really rough cut I did in premier.
I basically have a radio playing in the background as if in another room and it gradually fades away but I can't match the radio effect myself in premier plus since I've shaved down some of the film the static room noise is a bit jarring and needs to be smoother.
The concept is that we can hear the radio but its in another room, and then it gradually fades as into the background as we get into the bedroom.
It's a quick and simple job but I don't have the software to do it.
Get in touch if you can help and I will send over the assets
