Hi. The 416 is a very noisy mic to begin with. First, I would make sure I have good signal coming out of the pre-amp (that gain at the end of your signal chain makes me wonder). Shotgun mics don't handle indoor spaces well either and your recording setup is very reflective. The only thing I can suggest there is try moving your mic closer. I'm not familiar with your software but I use iZotopeRX for noise reduction, however it may not work on Linux. Another idea you could try is running your audio through Adobe Enhance (it's magic). FWIW, I don't think the NVIDIA noise removal sounds that bad with the echo suppression off. Reverb removal tools are generally a bit rubbish.
