Sound engineer

my budget is 100 pounds ,the film is 1hr. (1)some of the music in the film is not mixed...(2 ) i want the background noise taken off. (3) there are parts the music is too high u can't hear what the people are saying (4) there are some sound effects that I want taken off.. (5) i also want to take some of the music off and replace them with a new one..... and just mix the whole thing. if u can do all this then u got the job
