Removing Background Noise On A Video

Hello guys,

I am looking for someone to remove some background noise on a video footage with approximately 10-15 minutes but only in some parts is that noise. But I will be timing where the noise is. I am attaching here an example of that video (short version). If someone will be able to do it easily edit this send me back an example already edited..

This was a mistake from my side with a lens I hire that was keep zooming while filming and that was catch on the video recording.

The entire video will be sent once been chosen for the final video project and that will be in couple days.
