Removal of background sounds and noise from podcast

We have a 50 minute podcast audio file which has picked up some background noise including sirens, doors opening/closing and background speech. The audio file is single track.

The file should be edited in Adobe Audition or equivalent using sound remover +/- dynamic noise reduction tool to filter out just the voices of the speakers. We would expect most of the extra sounds/noise removed on delivery.

Delivery is ASAP.
