Needing sound design for animated short film.

I am looking for someone to compose a simple music track, master dialog, and create minimal sound effects for an independent stop-motion short film. The film is 3 minutes long, with 3 characters and not a lot of dialog.

Most work will be needed to clean the voice over recording (has a lot of noise). As it sits now, there are many inconsistencies, so I would like to have someone polish it and even out the levels. Also, need to create an Arabic themed instrumental soundtrack. A couple of oud tracks would suffice, as long as it matches the animation.

Would need this done in 2 weeks max.
